Reebok has previously made Crossfit-specific shoes, but the Nano X1 is an all-purpose shoe that can be used for weightlifting, aerobics, HIIT, and short runs, according to the company.

In the end, the Nano X1s are an excellent running shoe and my personal favourite Nano to date. Because I dislike lifting in them, they’re not my favourite shoe for general training, and I wouldn’t choose them as “the final training shoe I’d wear for the rest of my life. In spite of the fact that Reebok’s objective for the X1s (every year) was to develop the most versatile training shoe ever, even if it meant that they weren’t the greatest for lifting, I couldn’t tell you that the X1s were better or more versatile than the Nano 6 or 8.
What’s amazing about the Metcon 5 is how well they perform in a wide variety of workouts. They’re deadlift, squat, and power-cleaning shoes that are exceptionally comfortable, regardless of whether they have heel lifts or not. After several hours of wearing them, I realised I needed to remove the shoes and stretch my feet because they have flat soles and minimal mobility. However, as previously said, these are only training shoes and not walking or running shoes. The most difficult aspect was getting them on in the first place. When it was all said and done, I was out of breath!
Overall, I had a lot of fun doing out in these and had a few remarks from my friends when I wore them to the park for a workout. This is the holy grail of style and substance, and I’ve found it.
